Hilton Hawaiian Village offers guests several options for self-service hotel check-in and check-out. We offer easy to use touch screen kiosk terminals and vCheck-in, our voice activated phone check-in service.

Zip-In Check-In® Kiosk Terminal

Now with Airline Boarding Pass Functionality

Hilton Hawaiian Village along with Hilton Hotels introduced a new Zip-In Check-In Kiosk functionality. Now guests can print their boarding passes for at least 18 airlines and have them in their hands before they leave the Hilton for the airport. Airlines that support this feature includes Air Canada, Alaska, Aloha, American, ATA, Continental, Delta, Hawaiian, Northwest, Southwest, United and US Airways.  The kiosks also may be used for check-out or as a private check-in solution for large groups. Hours of operation are from 6:30 am - 10:00 pm.

vCheck-In

Now you can call ahead and check-in at the Hilton Hawaiian Village prior to your arrival with our vCheck-In, our voice-activiated phone service. This service is available to guests with pre-existing reservations 36 - 2 hours prior to arrival. The credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be authorized as method of payment. Driving Instructions

Distance from Hotel: 8 miles
Drive time: 20 minutes

From the Honolulu International Airport, take H-1 Freeway East, to Honolulu. Once on the freeway, look for Waikiki directional signs and stay in the right lane. Exit onto Nimitz Highway. Stay on Nimitz Highwayfor about 15 minutes.  It will change into Ala Moana Blvd. Pass Ala Moana Shopping Center on your left, Ala Moana beach park on your right, go over a short bridge, and watch for the Hilton Hawaiian Village sign on your right in about 2 blocks. Stay in the right lane. Turn right on Kalia Road (right after the sign), you'll see 3 bronze statues. Go 200 feet then turn right into our drive way.
