TMC Integrative Pain Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing pain management team in Tucson, Arizona.
Our multidisciplinary team provides highly specialized treatment for patients experiencing acute and chronic pain. We are seeking a compassionate provider who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and quality of life through comprehensive, patient-centered care.

About the Practice
The TMC Integrative Pain Center provides highly specialized treatment for patients experiencing acute and chronic pain through a comprehensive, multimodal approach.
Services include:
- Medication management
- Interventional pain procedures
- Physical therapy referrals
- Cognitive behavioral therapy
- Ongoing chronic pain management
Physicians within the practice perform a variety of interventional procedures, including epidural injections, radiofrequency ablations, and joint injections.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Develop and manage treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage medications within scope of practice
- Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
- National Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Arizona NP license or ability to obtain
- DEA licensure or ability to obtain
Physician Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Arizona PA license or ability to obtain
- DEA licensure
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification
Preferred Experience
- Pain management experience preferred
- Addiction medicine experience preferred
- NP candidates: Five (5) years of related experience preferred
- PA candidates: Three (3) years of related experience preferred
- Experience managing chronic disease populations
- Strong communication and team-based care skills
