Position Overview
Orthopaedic Associates is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our established, growing orthopedic practice in beautiful Northwest Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in practicing within a comprehensive musculoskeletal organization alongside orthopedic surgeons, advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and other clinical professionals.
The incoming physician will have the opportunity to develop a busy interventional pain practice supported by an established patient base, strong internal referral network, and experienced clinical and administrative teams.
Our goal is to provide patients with coordinated, evidence-based care ranging from conservative treatment and rehabilitation through interventional pain procedures and, when appropriate, surgical care.

Clinical Responsibilities
The physician will evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal and spine-related pain conditions using evidence-based, multidisciplinary treatment strategies.
The practice is expected to include procedures such as:
- Epidural steroid injections
- Facet joint and medial branch blocks
- Radiofrequency ablation
- Sacroiliac joint injections
- Selective nerve root blocks
- Peripheral joint and musculoskeletal injections
- Spinal cord stimulation evaluation and management
- Other fluoroscopically or ultrasound-guided interventional procedures within the physician's training and privileges
The physician will work closely with our orthopedic providers, physical therapy department, and other members of the care team to develop coordinated treatment plans designed to improve function and quality of life.
Qualifications
Successful candidates should have:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology, or another appropriate specialty
- Fellowship training in Pain Medicine/Interventional Pain Management
- Board certification or board eligibility in Pain Medicine
- Eligibility for an unrestricted Florida medical license
- Current or eligible DEA registration
- Strong clinical and procedural skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
