Featured Job Post: Pain Medicine Physician - Partnership & Practice Succession Opportunity

Position Overview

UniClinic/Painless Clinic is an established pain management practice serving the Seattle, Washington area for approximately 30 years. We are seeking a physician who is interested not only in joining the practice, but also in the possibility of becoming a partner and eventually taking over the practice as the founding physician transitions toward retirement.

The practice has locations in Renton and Federal Way, Washington, and provides a distinctive approach to chronic pain management. Since 2020, the clinic has focused primarily on non-opioid and non-prescription treatment, including acupuncture, acupressure, Fractal Balancing, and other hands-on pain management approaches.

The founding physician is a board-certified neurologist and pain management specialist who is also trained in acupuncture. He would like to work alongside the incoming physician during a gradual transition period, allowing time to introduce the new physician to established patients, staff, treatment approaches, and practice operations.

This may be an excellent opportunity for a physician who ultimately wants to own an established practice rather than build one from the ground up.
