The Big Shift - Preparing Your Pain Practice for Value-Based Care (Recorded)
Path LMS Courses
This webinar is the second in a series of educational activities focused on value-based care and its implications for pain medicine. Moving from understanding to implementation, this session focuses on the practical steps pain medicine clinicians and practices can take to prepare for value-based care and the CMS Ambulatory Specialty Model (ASM).
Join our faculty as they examine the tools, clinical workflows, documentation processes, outcome measures, and care coordination strategies needed to capture, track, and demonstrate meaningful patient outcomes. Using the chronic low back pain patient journey as a practical framework, Dr. KiKe Oduba, Dr. Kayode Williams, and Dr. Marie Hanna will explore how patient-reported and clinical outcomes, changes in pain and function, and care coordination activities can be incorporated into routine practice and documented over time.
The webinar will include a live demonstration of tools designed to support data collection, outcome tracking, documentation, and care coordination, followed by a live Q&A with faculty to address participant questions and practical considerations for preparing for value-based care and ASM implementation.
